Do you handle prescriptions?
Yes, as a flow in the platform rather than a photo sent over chat. The patient uploads the prescription, a pharmacist reviews it in the pharmacy panel, and the decision and its time are kept on the order. Which medicines need a prescription, and what the pharmacist must check, are set by your local law and pharmacy regulator, not by us. Once you have those rules in writing, we build the checks to match.
Who is liable for a wrong delivery?
That is set by your terms with pharmacies, riders and patients, and by local law, not by the software. We are not your lawyers, and you should ask one before launch. What we build is the record that supports whatever your terms say: who approved the prescription, which pharmacy prepared the order, which rider collected it, and when it was handed over. When something goes wrong, your team can see each step instead of piecing it together from messages.
Can pharmacies manage their own stock?
Yes, from their own panel. The question is how much. The simplest version is a switch per item: available today or not. It is quick to build and easy for a busy pharmacist to keep up to date. A full stock count linked to the pharmacy's existing software is an integration, and depends on that software offering a way in. We ask what pharmacies use now, and price any integration before it starts.
How do you protect patients' medical files?
By limiting who can open them, and by keeping them apart from ordinary order data. Help24 keeps medical files in a PIN-protected vault, so a phone left open does not show them. We scope which roles can see a file, if any, and whether a pharmacist sees only the prescription attached to an order. Which data protection law applies depends on where you operate. We ask at scope, and your adviser confirms what it requires.
Can doctors and hospitals join the platform later?
Yes, if the data is shaped for them from the start. Help24's backend was built ready for doctor and hospital integrations, so adding them is a new phase rather than a rebuild. We ask in phase one whether you expect doctors, clinics or hospitals within the life of the platform. If you do, we plan how a prescription or referral from them would reach a pharmacy, even though nobody builds those screens yet.
Can patients pay from a wallet?
Yes, where your country's payment rails and your model support one. Help24 includes a wallet. A wallet lets patients hold a balance and pay without entering details each time. It also adds compliance scope, because the platform is holding patients' money. We choose the gateway by country and by whether payouts are needed, ask your payment provider what holding that money requires, and tell you what a wallet adds before it is in the plan.

Can riders carry every kind of medicine?
Not necessarily, and the platform should not assume they can. Some medicines may need to stay cold, and some may have rules on who can hand them over or whether they can be sent at all. Those rules come from your local law and regulator, and we do not claim to know them for you. We build the controls: categories that cannot be ordered for delivery, and a handover check the rider must complete before an order closes.
