Companies, fleet agencies, and their own registered drivers and workers.
Industries · Logistics and transport
Logistics platforms connect companies that need goods moved with the fleets and drivers that move them. The one thing that makes the sector different is whether drivers are your own registered staff or third party. Your own drivers bring shifts and pay runs. Third-party drivers bring onboarding, verification and payouts per job. The build changes with each.
Logistics · fleets and drivers
Companies, fleet agencies, and their own registered drivers and workers.
Your own drivers work shifts you plan and are paid by you. Third-party drivers choose jobs and are paid per job. We ask which you have now and which you expect, because the data behind each is different.
A job can only go to a driver who is on shift, near the pickup and allowed to drive that vehicle. We ask how shifts are planned today and who can swap them, and build assignment on top of that.
Money may go to a fleet agency, which pays its drivers, or straight to each driver. We ask who is paid, how often, and what records each side needs. We choose the gateway by country and by whether payouts are needed.
Drivers lose signal. We ask what a driver must be able to do without a connection, such as confirming a pickup, and scope the app to save it on the phone and send it when signal returns.
A fleet agency has managers, dispatchers and drivers, each needing to see different things. We scope roles and permissions before we design screens.
Every phone call asking where a load is costs your team time. We ask what each shipper needs to see, and when they should be told without asking.
Can one platform manage our own drivers and third-party drivers?
Yes, but they are different users, not one list with a flag. Your own drivers work shifts you plan and are paid through your own pay runs. Third-party drivers choose jobs, are paid per job, and need onboarding and verification before they start. We ask which you have now and which you expect in a year, and shape the data so a job can go to either without two separate systems.
Can drivers use the app without mobile signal?
Partly, if we plan for it. Drivers lose signal on roads and in yards. We ask which actions must work offline, such as confirming a pickup, taking a photo at drop-off or marking a stop done. The app saves those on the phone and sends them when signal returns, with the time they actually happened. Offline behaviour is scoped per action, because each one needs rules for what happens when two updates disagree.
How are drivers and fleet agencies paid?
It depends on who the driver works for. Money can go to a fleet agency, which pays its own drivers, or straight to each driver, or a mix of both. We ask who is paid, per job or per period, and what statement each side needs for their own records. The console runs payouts where the payment rail supports them, and keeps a full record of manual payout runs where it does not.
Read the full guideCan fleet agencies manage their own drivers on our platform?
Yes. An agency account can add its drivers, assign vehicles, and see its own jobs and earnings without seeing other agencies. We scope roles before screens: an agency manager, a dispatcher and a driver each see different things. We also ask whether your team can step in on an agency's jobs, because automatic assignment with a manual override from the console is our default.
Do you track vehicles live?
Yes, from the driver's phone. We ask how often a location update is really needed, because more frequent updates cost battery and mobile data on the driver's side. If your vehicles already carry dedicated tracking devices, reading their data is an integration, priced as scope before it starts. Shippers and your console can see the same live position, with different levels of detail.
Who is responsible when a load is damaged or late?
That is set by your contracts with shippers, agencies and drivers, and by local law, not by the software. We are not your lawyers. What we build is the evidence your contracts rely on: time and place of pickup, photos at collection and drop-off, who was driving, and any delay the driver reported on the way. When a claim comes in, your team works from a record instead of phone calls.
Do you check driver documents and licences?
The platform can hold them and act on them; the check itself is your policy. Drivers upload a licence and vehicle papers, your team reviews them in the console, and the platform records when each one expires. A driver whose document has run out can be blocked from taking jobs until a new one is approved. We ask which documents you require before we design onboarding.
