All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on digital products once your purchase is complete and the download has been made available to you.
Why we have this policy
Every product in our shop is source code. The moment your payment goes through, the complete code is available to you to download, read, copy and keep. Unlike a physical product, it cannot be sent back — once you have the files, you have everything you paid for, permanently, and returning them is not technically possible.
We would rather be direct about this than bury it. A refund after download would mean handing over the entire product for free, and that is not a sustainable way to sell code at these prices. Keeping this rule firm is what lets us price products at a fraction of what the equivalent development work would cost.
Buy with your eyes open
Because you cannot change your mind afterwards, we try hard to make sure you know exactly what you are getting before you pay. Every product page lists the full feature set, the technical specification, the screens included, the framework and version it targets, and what is and is not part of each edition.
If anything is unclear, ask before you buy. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp and we will answer honestly — including telling you if a product is not the right fit for what you are building. We would much rather lose a sale than take money for something that will not work for you.
What this policy does not cover
A no-refund policy is not a licence for us to sell you something broken. The following are our problem, not yours, and we will always put them right:
Your download did not arrive or does not work
If the link never reached you, has expired, will not open, or the file is corrupt or incomplete, contact us and we will restore your access. This is a delivery failure, not a refund request, and there is no time limit on it — your licence is perpetual, so if you lose access years later we will still reissue it.
You were charged twice, or charged in error
Duplicate charges and payments taken for an order that was never fulfilled are refunded in full. Send us the payment reference and we will trace it.
The product is faulty or materially not as described
If a product is genuinely defective or does not match what the product page said it contained, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that this policy does not — and legally cannot — take away. In that situation we will repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund, as the law requires. Tell us what is wrong and we will investigate properly.
To be clear about the line: “this has a bug we will fix” is a fault we deal with. “I bought the wrong edition”, “I found it cheaper elsewhere”, “I no longer need it”, “I could not get it working on my machine”, or “I changed my mind” are not faults, and are not refundable.
Add-ons and services
Setup, installation, deployment and other add-on services are refundable only if we have not yet started the work. Once we have begun, they are charged for the time spent.
Custom development projects are not covered by this policy at all. Those run under a separate written agreement with their own payment milestones and cancellation terms, agreed with you before work starts.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before going to your bank. Almost every problem we see is a delivery issue we can fix within a day, and a chargeback cannot be reversed once it starts.
Where a chargeback is raised against a completed order that was correctly delivered, we will contest it and supply the payment processor with the order record, the delivery confirmation and the download access log. Accounts used to obtain code by chargeback will have their licence terminated under clause 4 of our Terms of Service.
How to reach us
