Who will I actually talk to?

The engineer building it. Taimoor is in your meetings and your code. No account manager. That means the answer to a technical question comes from the person who wrote the code, and a decision you make on a call does not get lost passing through someone else on its way to the build.

How big is your team?

Three people: Taimoor, founder and engineer; Uzair, who runs delivery, meaning phases, dates and telling you when one has slipped; and Zain, who runs operations, meaning accounts, handover and everything that has to keep running after launch. A small team is deliberate. You talk to the people building your platform, not a sales layer.

Are you an agency or a freelancer?

Neither, quite. We are a registered company of three people: not a solo freelancer, and not a large agency with account managers. You get what a good agency gives you, a written scope, priced phases and handover documents, and what a good freelancer gives you, direct access to the engineer building your platform.

Can we see platforms you have built?

Yes. Help24, a health marketplace in Côte d'Ivoire with pharmacies and riders on one side and patients on the other, is live. So is FindWorker, the home services marketplace in Pakistan that we operate ourselves. Both have case studies on our work page, and we are happy to talk through either on a call.
