These come from founders who have hired developers before and been let down, or who have never hired any and do not know what to expect. Behind them is trust: who is doing the work, how often you hear from them, and what happens when you disagree. The answers describe the working week, not the sales pitch.

Who will I actually talk to?
The engineer building it. Taimoor is in your meetings and your code. No account manager. That means the answer to a technical question comes from the person who wrote the code, and a decision you make on a call does not get lost passing through someone else on its way to the build.
How big is your team?
Three people: Taimoor, founder and engineer; Uzair, who runs delivery, meaning phases, dates and telling you when one has slipped; and Zain, who runs operations, meaning accounts, handover and everything that has to keep running after launch. A small team is deliberate. You talk to the people building your platform, not a sales layer.
Where are you based?
Coding with T is run by Taimoor Sikander Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15748402. Day to day, the work runs through a shared channel, a weekly written update, and a call when a decision is needed, so what matters is how quickly you get an answer. How do we communicate?
A shared channel, a weekly written update, and a call when a decision is needed. The channel is for questions and quick answers. The weekly update says what was built, what comes next, and anything at risk. Calls are kept for decisions, so you are not sitting in meetings that could have been a message.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share anything sensitive. You do not need to share the details that make your idea valuable to get a quote. The planner and the first conversation only need its shape: how many sides it has, who holds the money, and what already exists. The sensitive parts can wait until the NDA is signed.
Do we need a finished design or spec before we start?
No. Scope is where the build gets written down, so you can start with only the idea. If you already have designs, a spec, a prototype or code from another team, scope takes it into account and says what can be kept. Brand design you do not have yet is extra, and we tell you before it is in the plan.
Are you an agency or a freelancer?
Neither, quite. We are a registered company of three people: not a solo freelancer, and not a large agency with account managers. You get what a good agency gives you, a written scope, priced phases and handover documents, and what a good freelancer gives you, direct access to the engineer building your platform.
What do you need from us during the build?
Decisions, on time. We need someone on your side who can answer questions in the channel, join the call when a decision is needed, and try each piece as it is built. Accounts in your name also need you to open them or add us. Slow decisions move dates more often than slow code does.
What happens if we disagree about scope?
We go back to what was written down. Every scope names what is in the build and what we are not building, so most disagreements are settled by reading it together. If something was missed, it is priced as a change and you decide whether to add it. If we built something wrong, it is a defect and costs nothing.
Can we see platforms you have built?
Yes. Help24, a health marketplace in Côte d'Ivoire with pharmacies and riders on one side and patients on the other, is live. So is FindWorker, the home services marketplace in Pakistan that we operate ourselves. Both have case studies on our work page, and we are happy to talk through either on a call.
Do you build things other than marketplaces?
Yes. We also build single-vendor ecommerce, delivery and logistics platforms, POS and retail systems, and internal business tools. They use the same components as a marketplace: multiple user types, payments, an admin console, mobile and web. One business instead of two sides.
