Regions and payment rails — questions we get asked
These come from founders building outside the markets most platforms are designed for, or planning a second country. Behind them is whether we understand local payments, languages and rules, or will learn them on your budget. We have built Help24 for Côte d'Ivoire and operate FindWorker, our own marketplace, in Pakistan.

Can you build for Côte d'Ivoire and West Africa?
Yes. Help24, a health marketplace with pharmacies and riders on one side and patients on the other, runs in Côte d'Ivoire. It handles prescriptions and a wallet, and shows patients which pharmacies are on duty near them. Payment options and rules differ between West African countries, so we confirm what is available in yours during scope.
Can you build for Pakistan?
Yes. FindWorker, our home services marketplace, runs there, and we operate it ourselves. Workers set their own price, customers choose, and payments are released by milestone. Running it means payouts, disputes and no-shows in that market are problems we deal with on our own platform. We confirm the payment options for your build during scope.
Can you build for the UK, US or EU?
Yes. Payment rails and compliance are scoped per market, because card rules, payout requirements, tax and data protection differ between them. Taimoor Sikander Ltd, the company behind Coding with T, is registered in England and Wales. We write down what your market requires in phase one, so its cost is in the price rather than found at launch.
Can one platform run in more than one country?
Yes, if it is planned for. It depends on three things: whether each country needs its own payment rail, whether currencies and taxes differ, and whether the rules for providers change across the border. A second payment rail is priced as scope. Launching in one country and adding the next as its own phase is often the cheaper route.
Do you handle local currencies?
Yes. Prices, wallets, commission and payouts are shown and recorded in the currency your market uses. Where a platform works across currencies, three things need deciding: which currency the customer pays in, which one the provider is paid in, and who carries the exchange cost. We settle those in scope, not after the first cross-border payment.
Does it matter where our company is registered?
For the build, no. For payments, yes. Payment providers approve accounts based on where your business is registered and where it takes money, and not every provider can pay out in every country. We check this in scope, because it can decide which gateway is open to you, and that shapes how money moves on the platform.
Do you handle local languages and right-to-left scripts?
Yes. Multi-language support is planned in scope, so every screen and message is built to be translated rather than patched later. Right-to-left scripts, such as Arabic and Urdu, change the layout of every screen, so they are scoped per project. Tell us early which languages each side of your marketplace needs, and who will write the translations.
Do maps and addresses work in our country?
Usually, with checks. Maps and location services work in most markets, but address quality varies, and in some places people describe where they are rather than give a street number. FindWorker and Help24 both use location, so we plan for pins and live location where typed addresses will not do. Map fees are a third-party cost.
Do you understand the rules for our sector in our country?
We know what the rules change in the build, and we tell you where you need legal advice. On Help24 that meant handling prescriptions and a PIN-protected medical file vault, because health data needs more care. We write your market's rules into the scope, but the legal reading of them should come from a lawyer in your country.
