Traditional e-learning feels like a static content dump — low-quality video and confusing dashboards that lose students fast. Ayatum set out to combine the pull of consumer streaming with the rigour of serious academic instruction.
The challenge
Students lose motivation the moment they hit low-quality video and cluttered dashboards. The challenge was an educational tool that's genuinely engaging without sacrificing academic structure.
Our approach
We cut cognitive load with a deliberately minimal interface — complex curricula broken into Chapters and Video Modules — and built a custom video player with adaptive streaming, speed control, 10-second rewind, bookmarking and offline downloads for low-bandwidth regions.
